Hey that's pretty deep Horace! I like the idea though and I do think it is true that we can talk ourselves into being miserable about what we look like or who we are when just as easily (or not?) we could be happy with ourselves and accept our limitations while we build on our strengths. To me it is always a miracle how there can be so many millions of us and yet we all look different! We could be celebrating those differences not worrying that we are too fat/thin/short/tall.

Thanks for the tips! I am looking for more tips on how to stay fit and lose weight. I hope you can post recipes here too. This could really help people like me who wants to be healthier.

There really is no magical quick fix. It is addressing your diet and moving around more. It is a simple equation. You need to expend more energy than you take in in calories. Of course the problem is the more weight we gain the harder it is to exercise. But if you predetermined, you will doit!
