Ya I had a baby when I was only 17 and you know I missed out on part of my younger years but I wouldn't trade it for anything.

Well that is how it should be of course, the baby should be such joy that it eclipses any other compromises but then if it does not happen in the first place, then teenage years and young adulthood can be enjoyed without the responsibilities that can be joyfully taken on later in life, with a loving partner.
