Hair care to take the necessary precautions. Better if customers are aware of the DOS and prior treatment. Keratin hair treatment is not recommended for pregnant women and infants. You need to wear masks during treatment and where treatment is performed must be well ventilated.

Hey that is great information Rashida. Do you know why keratin is not recommended for pregnant women? My sister is always having this kind of a treatment and she is now pregnant! I would like to be able to give her all the facts about this. I would hate for anything to happen to her or the baby!
I also hear once that hair dyes that women have on their hair have been suspected to cause some cancers! Scary stuff!

For hair care give regular massages to your scalp and hair with lukewarm oil at least twice a month. You can choose coconut oil, olive oil or almond oil for your hair. You can even mix this oil and apply the solution on your hair...!

I suffer from very dry hair and from time to time I have tried to use oils to improve condition. The only trouble is that my hair is also very fine so that when I use the oils it just makes my hair lank and greasy looking which is not a good look! I find that regular conditioning with a normal conditioner can make a big difference, one that I find very good is the Aussie leave in conditioner, not greasy but it does make the hair soft and healthy looking.
