Eyes are so vital to everything, there is no way that we should take any chances with them although we all seem to, not wearing sun glasses when we should, not going to the optician often enough and staring for long periods at the TV or gaming on the computer. Maybe it is one of those things that you don't miss it until it's gone!

Good tips,I would follow them,I think get a healthy-strong body is the best way to protect yourself.

It is very true that we should look after our eyes with regular eye tests. Without them it really is impossible to know what is going on with your eyes as no amount of looking after them and wearing sunglasses can ward off some eye diseases. Diabetics in particular have to be very careful with their eyes and take no chances at all. Diabetic eye disease robs thousands of people of their sight every year.
