Yes it is true the posters on this site are full of very useful information for all of us on all kinds of subjects. As far as dry eyes are concerned the information here is second to none. I suffered with this for many years and had Viscotears which did relieve the symptoms, but since I have learned a lot more about it I have taken some the measures mentioned here and found them to be a great help.

Keep reading and let us have the benefit of your experience too!

Default Dry Eyes

I get all the same symptoms and am gratefull for the advice. But still have not found anything for the dry eyes problem. If someone knows anything that will help please post. :

Hi Kiki

Is your problem just generally irritated dry feeling eyes or is this a medically diagnosed problem? The new preparation that you can buy that you spray on the outside of your eyelids that works to freshen eyes and make them less dry is good but if your problem is to do with malfunctioning lacrimal glands then you will need medical help with this.
