That is very true. Meditation can keep people calm and can also give a much clearer perspective on life. I think thought if you are very unhappy or agitated it might be difficult to get into the right frame of mind to start meditation. On the other hand if you make it a daily habit then when you hit a rough patch or when things are getting out of control then you will have a ready made coping mechanism. Great tip and one that I think I will give a go!
