Default How To Control Anger?

Hello,
I have seen some teenagers treat their parents with a lot of rage and anger. How to control you or help achieve control?

Teenagers are a breed apart in the anger stakes and the reason they can be so angry is a lot of the time out of their control The surge of testosterone in boys at puberty and the general hormone flood in both boys and girls can make them very volatile and unpredictable sulky or sad for no reason.

I think if your teenagers are out of control you may need some professional help, otherwise, ride the storm! Try to be as patient as you can without letting them take over!

there are medicines to help you it may take some time to find a good regimen. If you want to go more naturally you can go to counseling and try to talk out your issues or u can find certain breathing exercises to help.

Yes it is true that there are medications that can be used to control moods and anger but I think that except in very extreme cases it is better that we try to manage teenage anger, at least, as a loving family. The disruption cuased by the hormones of puberty kicking in is not a new problem but I think that todays teenagers are probably more defiant, in the main, than any generation that has gone before.

I think meditation is the better way instead of medicines. Meditation can help to control the anger.
