Yes any help and advise and pointers that we can get about losing weight especially after Christmas is a very good thing! I am really going to try and cut down in the New Year, (and yes I do know the stats for failed New Year resolutions,) but I have to do something, I feel so full and fat after the festive season!

Harble Remedies for losing weight in two quick tips so that you can start losing weight right away.
First – Drink lots of water. Try to drink 6 -8 cups of water everyday or more if you are a bigger person.
Second – Do a physical activity everyday for an hour. It can be as simple as going for a walk, jogging, or playing a sport.
Third – Eat fruits, vegetables and protein everyday. Avoid foods with a lot of calories

I Like your advice! Drinking water certainly staves off the hunger pangs and the exercise one is avery good too. A lot of people get fed up with exercise if they go into fast and furious, as you say starting with a walk and then working up to longer walks or maybe jogging is the best way to go. As for the suit and veg, you can never have enough opt them.

Follow these tips for losing your weight.

Do exercises regularly,
Take diet foods,
Eat more fresh fruits and raw vegetables,
Drink plenty of water,
Drink citric fruits juices,
Take green tea.

Walking, Sprinting and adding hills or an incline can burn 180 calories in 30 minutes,
Bicycling and Swimming of 30 minutes can burn 400 to 500 calories....
