Default Erectile Dysfunction: A topic of Concern

A very landmark research suggests that 31% of men report some degree of difficulty in achieving erection. Erectile Dysfunction or ED is the inability to achieve or sustain erection required for Sexual intercourse. The Cause of this condition may stem from medications, chronic illness, poor blood flow to the penis, or drinking too much of alcohol. This topic has always remained unaddressed as many people are hesitant to discuss it. Fortunately most cases of ED are treatable so it is very important to initiate a treatment.

Yes I agree with you this has been a topic not spoken about much mostly I think due to the fact that men feel very embarrassed about this, and understandably so. The advent of Viagra and the like has brought a solution for many but there is sometimes a psychological cause that might be more difficult to overcome. Todays toxic living with all kinds of nasties in our food and even int he air we breath does not help either.

Great idea William. If we all share our health tips then maybe we can get some healthy habits going. I used to do a lot of running and play rugby but nowadays I get my exercise by taking the dog for a long walk every day. I think that studies have shown that this sort of non aerobic exercise is the most beneficial and I am considering starting to use some of the poles, or walking sticks that you see people with which apparently help give the upper part of the body a walk out at the same time. Any other ideas chaps?
