I think from the name that you are a lady, is that right? Of course weight varies from men and women of the same height, but 150 does sound a bit on the heavy side. It is easy to tell though, do you have spare flesh, ie a tummy or flesh thighs, or a double chin? Even if you do it doesn't matter as long as you are active and healthy and enjoying life. What has made you wonder about your weight?

Well, 150 does sound a bit on the heavy side. But as you said you were 175 so you are going well. While you are trying to loose weight, don't take extreme measures like skipping a meal. Every meal of the day is important. Just have self control and don't over eat or eat junk food.

I quite agree it is important to maintain healthy eating. At this stage where you are obviously very close to your ideal weight, weight loss can slow up a bit and that can make you a bit desperate and perhaps want to skip meals or something similar. Desperate as I am sure you are to get down to the weight you want to be, it is not worth cutting corners now, stick with it and you will get there!
