That is great advice. This can ruin the life of many teenagers, at a time when they should be having fun and enjoying life they are so conscious of the acne that they don't do anything. When it is really bad it does look terrible and I am suer that any help that a young person can get will be great. The things that you mention make perfect sense to me!

I have friends who are teenagers and they also have issues with acne scars. I aslo suggested that they research natural remedies in the internet but they told me that they don't have much time to prepare the needed stuffs and perform the routine or whatsoever. so i tried recommending the brand of my skin lightening cream. it's Metaderm. good thing they have a variant for scar lightening. i can see that my friends' acne scars got lighter than before. so aside from natural remedies, creams like Metaderm are also effective.
