Post Heart Care

Hi,
I have suggested some home remedies which is benifical for heart care.
1.Emblica myrobalan (amla) prevents all heart problemsas it is source of vitamin C.
2.Daily use of lemon also prevents heart problems. This is one of the heart care cure.
3.Honey is considered as one of the excellent home remedies for heart care. Mix a tablespoon of honey and the juice of half a lemon in a glass of water, before going to bed.
4.Beet juice is also the most effective for heart ailments.

Hi Jackson

Thanks so much for these tips. I was not aware of them and the first one I have never even heard of what is that? The lemon and honey though, sound like a really good idea, I am definitely going to try them. I think the best for the heart through is diet and exercise as we already know but this sounds like a very good way to supplement that diet and exercise and it sounds like a nice soothing drink before bed as well!

I think that this is a great idea and I do agree that there is a lot of very good information on this site which can help a lot when we are feeling alone and unsure or just curious about something. Heart disease is the biggest killer in the Uk so it is very important that we understand that and try to do everything we can to keep our hearts healthy.
