Quite right Trinity, although exercise does not have to be a sport and I think it is important to say that so that people who really do not fancy sport don't get put off! Just walking can do the trick and of course swimming for pleasure is good too. I think that the secret of successful weight loss through exercise is to find something that you like to do and build on that, otherwise if someone thinks they must got to the gym and hat it, they might give up sooner. A good walk every day will do the trick, especially if you increase the length of the walk every day.
