Default Rising Vitamin Bills No More an Issue

My husband and I suffer from all kinds of age related health issues for which we used to have dozens of vitamins every day. Though our health condition became stable, the rising vitamin bills were becoming a cause of concern. I didn’t know how to cut down the costs. That’s when a friend of mine suggested nutritional supplements in the form of customized vitamins. We started using them and didn’t suffer from any side effects. These condition specific formulas not only brought down the vitamin bills but also the number of pills to be taken every day. I’m a relieved person now.

Hi Debrah

I don't think you are alone in wanting to save on those dozens of vitamins we can be persuaded to takee for almost everything! I would be very interested to know how you customised the ones that you now take. Did someone assess you to find out which would be the best ones for you or did you work it out for yourself? I used to take loads but nowadays I don't and I really can't say that I notice much difference although I do swear by the cod liver oil supplements for the old creaking joints! I also tak Folic Acid and a baby aspirin although on the aspirin front we are always getting mixed messages about that.

I would be most interested to know how you arrived at taking what you do.
