hi everyone.

I didn't notice the introduction's thread here.

So i thought of posting one.


anyway, I'm lezah, and I joined in today to learn more about elders health.

i have this grandmother whose not Physically well, so I thought of learning these stuffs for me to be able to know what is good for her and what is not

Hi Lezah and welcome to the forum, I hope that you find what you are looking for to help your granny. You know I think that older people benefit the most from the company of their family and friends when they are not so fit and well anymore and because that is true you are doing the very best thing your could by looking after her yourself. I know that a lot of people feel that doctors do not make so much effort with older people and that may not be true in your granny's case, but there is a lot of information on this site for you and ask any question you like, one of us will know the answer!! Bless you for being so caring.
