Dieting - What is the truth?
I have heard tow very conflicting reports recently. The first said that i f someone was over weight, I'm not talking morbidly obese, just overweight, maybe needing to lose a couple of stones, then experts aid that it was safer fro them to stay that way than to yo yo diet, in other words to lose weight and then put it back on as is often the case. Then I heard in bulletin a couple of days later that being overweight was considered more dangerous than had previously been though, MUCH more dangerous! - Come on, get your act together experts!!
