Default Forum Rules

The following rules apply to Discuss Health forums.
  1. No Spamming or Advertising- This is not the place to post your links and keywords for SEO/ads purpose. Any spamming posts will be deleted from backend and the user will be banned/deleted. Don't waste your time and my time on this as this type of posts will never have a chance to show on site.
  2. No Discrimination, - You may not insult members based on their religion, race, sex, political beliefs, or whether they are gay or straight. This is worse than flaming, because it also hurts other members of the board who fall into the catagory you insult.
  3. No Bullying - Do not pick on other members. The worst kind of bullying is where new members are picked on. This hurts the member as well as the board.
If you break one of these rules, the following penalties will apply:
  1. Temporary ban - People who cause problems will be banned for 2-12 months.
  2. Permanent ban or user deletion - At this point, it is obvious that you will never learn your lesson, thus, a permanent ban or user deletion is necessary to get rid of the problems you cause.
The new post will be moderated daily by moderator. It will show up in the forums after approval (obviously, spam and ads will be deleted).
