Default Vocal cord problem

I am feeling vocal cord problem last 6 months. What can i do for this problem. When i speak any word so feel pain in my vocal. What can i do?

This is definitely a problem that you do need to visit your doctor with. He may well refer you to an ENT specialist. It is important you go, especially as this problem has been going on for some time and presumably all the normal thing you have tried have not worked. You might have a polyp on your vocal chord but it really would be impossible to say what the problem is unless you visit a doctor. Please do that as soon as you can!
