Thanks for those tips and they will definitely be tried! I have gently gone to the doctor with this as my wife had had just about enough and she has given me a steroid nasal spray which seems to be helping a bit. At first I was told to take it in the mornings but yesterday I took in in the afternoon and my wife had her first good night's sleep for months! I am not quite sure how it works or whether it will continue to work but here's hoping!
