Thanks for that Jack. Of course the throat and the chest are the first indicators of a chest complaint and you are right if the tickle cough does not go away it is worth seeing the doctor to make sure that there are no underlying problems. Where health is concerned I always remember a doctor that I worked for saying to me, if it is not normal for you and it goes on more than a week, go and see the doctor!
