Well the first thing to do is to change your GP! There is obviously something going on here and if it is not that you are overeating then your weight gain has to be looked into. Are there other GP's within the practice? Could you make an appointment with one of them? If not then think of changing GP. I cannot imagine why he or she would not refer you!
