Thanks for sharing these valuable. Thyroid gland is found in the neck, below the thyroid cartilage. The isthmus is located inferior to the cricoid cartilage.

Yes that is right and it is a little known organ, most people don't even realised that it is there until something goes wrong with it. An under active thyroid can make people sluggish and sleepy and an over active thyroid is the one that makes people look a little bug eyed and seemingly unable to stay still. I wish I cold have a bit of the latter, it might help me lose this Christmas belly!
