Which exercise works for you, cardio or Anyother exercise? which is bets for weight loss?

I think that the current thinking is that low impact aerobic exercise is the best for you for a consistent and sustainable weight loss. High impact aerobic activity can put a strain on a lot of the body not least the joint. I think that the every best is brisk walking and swimming if you want to do the least damage to your skeleton as you try to improve your body!

Swimming is one of the best exercise for the fittness of ur body i have personal experience of all the exercises and swimming really works fast and impact all over ur body it shapes the body to a very good body

That is a great thing to point out. In fact swimming is one of the best exercises. It is low impact so it does not put strain on any of the joints in the same way that running does on the knees for example. It is good for the heart and upper body strength as you are using all your limbs equally to swim rate than in the case of running, mostly your legs. Good call!

Every exercise has its own importance, but if you are looking for Weight Loss than definitely Cardio Exercise is better. It will not only help in loosing Weight but it will also help to make your Body Slim. Running and Walking is the most simple and Best Cardio Exercise.
