I am not at all sure about this. I really do think that redacting your appetite and your way of lifers the only way to go. Surely it is better to be self reliant rather than lean on medication to do the job for us? What happens when the medications topped, will all the weight be piled on again? I think it might be Ok in the short term, very short-term, but I don;t think it is something we want to develop a dependency on.

Yes I think that is very good advice to give. Reducing calorie intake is good but at the same time you must get and keep moving! I remember once someone said to me that the human body was made for movement and that the style of life we have these days, doing very little and eating too much is just about as bad as it can get for our bodies. I am no saint myself with exercise but I do try to get out for a walk each day.

I think by following a healthy lifestyle one can stay fit for long time. Regular exercise and proper diet are two most important things for keeping yourself healthy and fit. Green vegetables and fresh fruits should be included in your daily diet.
