For me, the most unhealthiest food is foods with coloring agent, junky foods and roadside untidy foods. I avoid those foods for ever.

The unhealthiest food ever is the foods which have more fatty ingredients in it. I hate milk shakes and ice creams and also potato and banana, even these are natural items i hate them becasue they are loaded with more calories which makes me more fat.

I have just finished reading a very interesting work on the effects of food additives etc on us and it has been frightening stuff. I do agree that processed foods are best avoided at all costs, but I do not think that you should fear potato and banana Dane. Eaten in moderation they are perfectly fine for you to eat and will not make you fat and will offer a lot of nutritional advantage to you.
