Hi jannkahon,
Great and informative causes of hair loss and I agree diet plays a great role in improving our hair, skin and overall health. We must take adequate amount of protein through daily meals.

Okay, they are the cause. do anybody have any tips to get rid of this hair loss. I think almost all the people around the world have this hair loss problem.

One of the things that I think is most important to take on board in the first place is that a good diet with lots of fruit and veg and a good exercise regimen worked into your life is the best way to keep all of your health and as a consequence give you the best shane of slowing hair loss. I was told by a hairdresser that the hair recess nutrients only when the rest of the body has had what it needs so you need to make sure that there is always enough to go around. Massaging the scalp will also help
