I think including a lot of fruit in your diet is a great idea but it does not need to be entirely made up of fruit. I think that a diet that prepares you for eating normally afterwards is best because any of these one time edits or fad diets can't be kept up forever. Far better to include everything you would normally eat but just in lesser quantity and combined with exercise.

Default How to lose some weight?

If you want to lose some weight. You need to take foods which has lower calories and carbohydrates. And also lower you sugar consumption. The more sugar you intake, the higher the calorie and carbohydrates you will acquire in your body. Some scientist says, it is better to take natural sweetener as an alternative for sugar. I'm taking Natvia. It works for me. There are many natural sweetener around the globe. You can try which will work for you.

It is important to say at this point that saccharine and Aspartame have both been reported to have pretty horrible long term effects on people who use a lot of them. There is a new product that I am trying called Stevia from a plant which has none of the nasty consequences of the other two and certainly can help with weight loss. Every little helps as they say.
