Hi Daniel

There are so many different diets it would depend a lot on you. If you have no other medical problems you could probably try any one of hundreds. But by far the best idea is to see your doctor or nurse and ask for their help. That way you have a regular check and encouragement on you progress and how your body is responding to the new regimen. Some of the more extreme diets have resulted in people on them dying, so please don't go for anything too extreme. I always think that just cutting back and making a few more healthy choices along with some regular exercise that you can build up as you get fitter is the best thing to ensure a lasting result and a new way of eating that you can live with. It may take longer but studies show that this slower way of losing weight is better for keeping it off in the long run. After all how long can anyone survive on cabbage soup? More to the point how long before no one else could survive with them!!!

Default Lose Weight with HCG

Hi Deniel

If you search in the Internet, you will find a huge number of weight loss diets. But, you have to ensure that you gain something fruitful after completion of the course and you may not put on weight just after stopping the doses. Moreover, it must be your concern that you don’t develop some harmful side effects.

Homeopathic HCG drops can be a very good option for you. What you need to do is to stick to very low calorie diet (500 calorie/day) and take the oral drops of HCG. As homeopathic medicine, it is absolutely safe from all side-effects. You can even buy them without prescription.

More importantly, with HCG, there’s little scope of regaining weight. The hormonal treatment resets your metabolism. Thus, you can get a toned body for life.

Every year, it seems like the media finds a new diet to tout -- along with the clinics that cater to the fad and customers who swear by the results. Fads in recent years include the South Beach Diet (choosing low-carbohydrate foods), the Atkins Diet (radically reducing carbohydrates), the baby food diet (replacing some meals with baby food) and the Master Cleanse (adopting a liquid diet comprised mainly of lemon or lime juice).

The hCG diet is another diet that has caught the American imagination, and it promises to help the dieter lose a pound a day, or even more. It was developed by a doctor who believed that a hormone found in a pregnant woman's body could help overweight men and women lose weight.

hCG diet shots cause the hypothalamus to mobilise the fat out of the fat storage locations so that it’s available for use. While you are only consuming 500 calories, (which is a very very low calorie intake) your hypothalamus is continually releasing the fat stored in your body. Because of this, your body is actually operating on thousands of calories a day. The result is your body using thousands of calories of fat from your body each day, the reason hCG dieters lose 1 to 2 lbs of fat or more, per day.

However it is worth knowing that many medical doctors may prefer not to use hCG for weight loss due to the FDA's lack of recommendation, however he is legally able to do so in the US. It is advised that you check your country's laws to be certain, however, for most countries, importing hCG diet shots or having pre-filled hCG syringes shipped via mail are considered safe and perfectly legal. If importing hCG from abroad, be sure to check your local laws and follow whatever restrictions are called for.
