Is supplements good for health?
Hi All,
I am teenage person and my problem is my over weight. Yes, my weight is 270pounds and most of the time i got depressed becasue of my over weight and i also avoid all parties and weekend get together. Now i feel I am alone and my confidence level is going down.
In past one year i tried many weight loss methods and diet plans but none of them is working for me. However i am doing daily walking or jogging for about half an hour and avoided all types of junky foods and fatty foods but even my weight is the same.
Some of friends said that i have to continue the same for atleast 3 months to get the result, so i am continuing it, but my question is, Is my cardio exercise and diet is enough or do i have to go for fasting kind of weight loss plan or shall i go for a weight loss supplements? As i heard many bad stores about weight loss supplements, i am little bit worried to choose those tablets but one of my friend said that there are many natural weight loss supplements available in the market which are very effective and have no side effects.
SO anyone here used any such supplements? if yes, post suggestions here.
