actually eating fruits after your lunch, dinner is very good. fruits not only rich source of fiber and vitamins, it also help your digestive system to work in a better way without causing any problem. Eating fruits after a meal is recommendable.

I totally agree eating fruit can never be bad, it is a natural food and if we only ate natural foods we would be much better off for it. Fruit is a great alternative to a sticky stodgy pudding or even a yoghurt which has been processed. The older I get the more suspicious I am of processed food and the more I think we should rely on what is natural.

It is healthy to eat fruits in dinner because, fruits Contain dietary fiber, which adds bulk to the stool and also eases the rate of passage of materials through the large intestine, Are mild natural laxatives.

Actually eating fruits after dinner also helps to clean your body and to maintain a healthy digestive system. fruits are one of the best cleanser, so make this as a habit.

That is very good advise Dane and I think that a lot of people should follow. If you have, as I have grown up being used to having a dessert after your main meal then you have a sweet tooth and usually a craving for something sweet after your meal. Fruit would be a very good substitute for a heavy and over sweet pudding.
