Hello Friends.........

I always eat fruit after having my meal and whenever I feel like snacking, I will grab any fruits to eat. I don't know that it makes a different if you eat the fruit before or after your meal. Whatever it is, I still prefer to eat it after finishing my meal first

Thanks

I think it is so amazing that we don't eat more fruit and veg. After all we are all feeling then pinch financially and yet fruit and veg are so cheap. I had two great big bags from the great grocer the other day, could hardly carry them, and it all came to a pittance in monetary terms!

I am trying to replace some of the chocolate I eat with fruit instead, to satisfy a sweet tooth. I am enjoying grapes and peaches and I do love a banana.

Default Blueberries - super fruit - antioxidant

for those of you wanting to choose a fruit to eat - if there was one fruit that i would recommend above all - that would be - BLUEBERRIES!! This is now considered a 'super fruit' due to its great antioxidant properties - i live in the fraser valley of british columbia which is a very fertile region for blueberries - during the summer i try to take advantage of these blueberries and consume as much as possible - just love it!!

Great Idea Amo, I will definitely be getting some. I have read all kinds of reports about boueberrries recently extoling their properties as an anti oxidant and all sort so other things! I have not really tried them and here in the Uk I am not sure how easy it will be to get them fresh, will frozen ones or drinks made out of blueberries be just as good, do you know?
