holiday is great day,and a happy time,a good mood need a healthy body,so it's important than normal.

That's very true we will not enjoy ourselves very much if we are self conscious of how we look on the beach. Holidays need to be a carefree time as you say, and a bit of thought before hand will be good to get in shape and maybe get a spray tan so that you do not feel the need to fry on the beach!

Maintaining health in holiday is very difficult job as I will be in a mood of trying all possible bad and junky foods on those days. however the article is very informative, so i try my best to be healthy during my holidays.

I agree with you, it is very easy to get carried way on holiday and then live to regret it when you get back home and you have gained 10 pounds! Looking brown and healthy is only going to disguise your overindulgence for as long as your tan lasts. Far better that you just the it easy and not go mad on holiday, enjoy it but just try to moderate drinking and eating a bit.
