There is a still a lot of confusion about the issue. My advice would be to limit the daily consumption of eggs and stay on the safer site.

That is an interesting point. With the confusion that surrounds a lot of food, for example one day all chocolate is bad for you and then some is good for you, I think that your idea of moderation in all things should apply not only to egg consumption but to everything that we eat and drink.

Thanks for the information, I love eggs very much but i was worrying about the fat in it. Actually i am over weight, want to lose weight, and i am follow a diet plan which has no eggs in it. Now i think adding egg once in a while means once in a week, wont affect the diet plan.

Yes I am sure that eating eggs as part of your diet will be fine and indeed since they are natural then I think they will be better for you to eat than many other things and as such should be a part of your diet. Now that the worry over excess cholesterol has been lifted in respect to eggs then there is no good reason not to enjoy this lovely natural food, but make sure that it is free range, won't you?
