As other people have said pills are all very well if yo need a kick start but nothing can be a substitute for the long term re educating of yourself and your habits so that you do not crave the kind of food that is so bad for you and causes you to gain weight. The thing is that if you do rely only on pills what is going to happen when you stop taking them? I'll tell you what, the weight will go back on immmediately. Best try diet and exercise.

Default Diet Pills

Hi Amanda

Thanks for the advice, really most of people taking the pills like phentramin-d which is purely non side-effects and they get the amazing results and now they all are happy.

Thanks
Daniall

I must say that I am very suspicious of diet pills there must be some side effects from them or some way that they affect you. I think the kick start and then adjust the lifestyle ls. and diet is a good idea. I was interested I'm what you said about thephentramin-d diet tablets that seem to be a good alternative. Still though I think I would like to stick to good old will power if I can muster any!
