Default Re: Blueberry - Super Fruit

Yes Of course, Blueberry is a super fruit for the health as with just 80 calories per cup and virtually no fat, blueberries offer many noteworthy nutritional benefits. Here’s the skinny on blueberry nutrition:

1) Blueberries are packed with vitamin C.
2) Blueberries are dynamos of dietary fiber.
3) Blueberries are an excellent source of manganese.
4) Blueberries are leaders in antioxidant activity.

Thanks !

You are definitely right about blueberries although I must say I am not that keen on them unless they are in muffin and I guess that kind of defeats the object a bit?! OI think that if we took the time to find out we would discover so many fruits and vegetables that offer us great health benefits, and fruit and veg is so cheap compared to other supermarket products, you get loads for just a few pounds!
