Hi there are you interested in Yoga? I think it is a very fascinating discipline and it is true that people who do it do seem o retain their youth longer than the rest of us. I have always fancied doing it but have not done so yet, too lazy I suppose.

I do know that people who do it do swear by the benefits that it brings. Have you got experience of this, have you had a go?
