Himalayan SALAJEET is a compound that is attributed to have magical
capabilities. It is considered by the natives of Himalayan Range Indian
Yogis to be a gift from God because it is an elixir of longevity… a
veritable fountain of youth. For centuries, SALAJEET remained a closely
guarded secret.

Default yoga

yoga has changed during the past years. If once, the first picture that popped your mind was of a group of white wearing weirdoes standing on their heads and breathing loudly, now you are probably thinking about Madonna's well shaped arms. Currently, yoga is one of the most popular fitness activities worldwide. One of its appeal is that it can be practiced by elders and it can improve the overall physical fitness of athletes.
If you want to start practicing yoga, here is a quick guide to the basic types of yoga. While most of them are based on the same ancient postures, each yoga style has a different focus. Some of the yoga styles focus on strengthening the body while others focus on flexibility. Other types of yoga focus mainly on breathing, relaxation, and meditation.

I think when we are getting into the realms of living longer and elixirs of life we have to be a bit careful about magical lotions and potions that have not been medically or scientifically proven to have real benefits, on the other hand if they make people feel better, then hey, whatever floats your boat! Yoga on the other hand has proven benefits in health and we being, I recently saw a programme about a lady instructing in Yoga up in the mountains of France. She was in her 80's! There is definitely a correlation between fitness and health and we have to try and strike some sort of balance with our diet and lifestyle. How we do it is a matter of choosing the million and one 'sworn by' methods of keeping fit, eating well, or living until we are 110! Myself I think that moderation in everything is probably the way to go.

Great to hear that Jerry. I have always admired people who do yoga they always seem to age much more slowly than the rest of us! Was the course very difficult and had you been a yoga pupil before that? I am sure you had been. How long is the course and will you now set up on your own?
