Default Wanna be 10 years younger than you are?

I have a secret for both men and women to get younger than what they look like. If any body want to know it, just leave your email here and I'll contact with you shortly.

My guess:
-do execise regularly
-try to be happy all the time
-do not be under the sun for too long
-drink at least 5 cup water daily
-do not sleep too late (e.g. after 12:00 am)
-have enough sleep every day (about 7-8 hours)
-eat healthy food (vegetable, fruit...)
...

If still not working
-surgery

Thumbs up

Great guide lines Andy! I think it is true that beauty and long life are something that we all have in our capability to achieve, if we are prepared to be flexible and move the goal posts a Little when necessary! For instance, if we did not religiously stick to the image of perfection that the media would have us aspire to and accept ourselves for what and who we are things would be a lot better for us. We cannot all be supermodels but all of us have something that makes us unique and something that someone else might envy, think hard about what that might be in you and you are on the way to contentment which, along with Andy's guidelines, can lead to a longer life free of the self imposed stresses that we put on ourselves.

I think that getting the right amount of exercise is an answer, but I also am totally amazed often at how fit and how old some yoga instructors are so there must be something in that as well. I agree that it can be a state of mind, but the body has to come along for the ride too! Keep active and keep happy and positive is what I reckon!
