Default Uncombable / Unbendable hair

I'm an asian chinese guy in my mid 40s living in Canada. When i was a kid till my late teen, i used to have very flexible and bendable hair. My problem started after i started swimming. My hair became unbendable and uncombable. Also i noticed that i can pluck my hair from my scalp and i wont feel a pinch. So my hair is hard and straight up like a spike.
I am not sure what has happened when i started swimming in college but since that i have been living with this uncombable hair.
I believe something has happened. Hence my hair texture changed and also i don't feel a pinch when plucking my hair.
Would appreciate any advice.

Hi and sorry to hear about the trouble you aren having with your hair. Pantene Pro-V Restoratives Time Renewal Conditioner works really well Just need a dime-sized dollop (for nape-length hair).

I do think the indoor pools have more chlorine. You may want to try wetting their hair thoroughly before getting into the pool. This prevents it from soaking up more chlorine from the water. Also try puting some conditioner on your hair, then put a swim cap on. That may help. Use a special shampoo for swimmers. You can find pretty good no-tear shampoo for kiddie swimmers at Target's or Walmart's.

Default Uncombable / Unbendable hair

Hi gpians,

Would like to check with you if there any food or product that can make the GPs hair especially long hair to be healthy and shiny?

My GPs seem to have bad hair day or fuzzy hair sometimes.

Hi I would like to offer some insight into this but I do not known what GP's are? Maybe if you can let us know what they are we might be able to offer some advice on how to get over the hair problems they are experiencing. Look forward to your next post!
