Thumbs up Look younger skin

I'm a 29 year old African-American female, but mostly everyone I talk to say I look 35+. I have no real stress, don't drink or smoke, use sunscreen, and try to exercise daily. Plus, I eat healthy and drink lots of water. What am I doing wrong? How can I make my skin look younger?

Wow RoseJan, some pretty harsh friends you've got there! Are you sure they are not just jealous? Usually black skin ages far better than white which bears out the fact that the sun does a lot of damage on skin that does not have the dark pigment to cope with it. I am sure you look fine, just enjoy life and stop worrying. The chances are that you will still look 35 when you are 60, a lot of my black friends look years younger than I do with my sun exposed skin. From your description of your life and habits I can see nothing at all that you are doing wrong and if you do look a little older than you are I am sure that it is not your skin, maybe you just look wise beyond your tender years! As I said, forget about that and enjoy your life and your youth. beauty, after all, is only skin deep. The inner you is a doll!

Hello, Nice thread mate. You give nice information on how to look young. I agree with you. Natural supplements are also helpful in maintaining body fitness and to make it attractive and young.

I do wonder if looking and being young is a state of mind. We have all met people who seem old before their time and others who manage to seem young and fresh even in their later years.

I read recently that if you accept the ageing process without getting depressed or taking desperate measures like plastic surgery, you will live longer and be a lot happier. I suppose it makes sense,m if you are happy with your lot in life and accept it and concentrate on living and enjoying yourself, then you will stress yourself less!
