That seems not a lot of time to recover from a major operation which is what your gall bladder removal is. There is also the toll that the general anaesthetic has on your body that takes time to recover from. I think if you could put off this surgery it would be best. Having it too soon after the gall bladder surgery may affect how well you recover or cope with the cosmetic surgery. To be on the safe side have a word with both surgeons and take their advice.
