That is a really good idea. I think that keeping active is a very important tip for combating depression or any kind of blues. It is well known that going for a brisk walk can lift your spirits and give you a boost. I think it is something to do with the kind of hormones that are released when you exercise and the uplifting effect that they have on you. Yoga has long been known to help mood as well as fitness. I have always meant to take it up, but so far I have not. Must do that!
