That is great to hear Zana and there is no doubt that medication of this sort can change peoples lives. It does get a bad rep with the addictive nature of drugs like this but on the whole I think that there is a very important place for it when people need this kind of help in lives that might otherwise be too much for them to bear.

Anger and depression both of these are the worst enemy of the man and they kill you from inside so try to be always from this, Hope you understand what I want to say.

That is very true and a good reason for people to attend anger management classes if that is what they suffer with. I think that in todays society we seem to get very wound up over very little, and one of the areas in which people get most upset is on the road. I am guilty of road rage myself and I do find myself getting angry more easily these days, maybe it is the world we live in?

I know that anger can be a killer and I suppose in that case we have to assume that depression can also have a detrimental effect. Having said that I think that it is important to say that depression is abnormal human reaction. I think that we are often too quick to hand out medication for everything when some of these things are normal human emotions and and such they have a place in our lives. We need to learn to deal with things rather than just medicate them.

I have noticed recently that I am getting very worked up with various people I have to deal with on the phone utility companies etc. I know that I should stay calm but I just cant help getting worked up . Has anyone got any tips on how I can overcome this?
